Of course, we wouldn't want you to forget the wine on such a romantic day. Each course is paired with a varietal that will accentuate the natural flavor profiles of the dish.

Appetizer Course

Option 1: Asparagus wrapped in prosciutto is a delicious and light way to start the evening. Pair this dish with a Picton Bay Sauvignon Blanc from the Marlborough region of New Zealand.

Option 2: Sherry Shrimp Cocktail is guaranteed to please and set the mood off right. Elegantly displayed in a martini glass will make you look like a professional. Pair this option with Three Knights Chardonnay from Los Carneros California to bring out the natural flavors of both the shrimp & sauce.

Main Course

London Broil with Honey Cumin Carrots and a side of Parsleyed Noodles. Pair this well-balanced meal for lovers with an Alamos Malbec from Argentina.

Dessert Course

Chocolate covered strawberries are romantic and sensual. A wonderful way to end the perfect meal. End the dinner portion of the evening with these dipped delights and a sparkling glass of Cecelia Beretta Conegliano Valdobbiaden Prosecco

After putting all this effort into your dinner, don't forget to celebrate your day with a set of personalized wine glasses

What's on your wine menu for your Valentine's Day?

Cheers!

Katie
